Location is everything
I’m a portrait photographer in Murrieta, California. Most of my photo sessions are “location shoots.” Typical locations would be parks, beaches, backyards; wherever there is a unique and interesting setting. If you don’t have a location in mind for your photo session, I can suggest some for you.
You don’t have to say “cheese!”
My goal as your photographer is to capture pure and honest photos of who you really are. You don’t have to freeze into awkward studio poses. You don’t have to say “cheese!” Your photo session will be fun, relaxed, and comfortable. If you have a vision in mind that you want to achieve, we will work together to make that happen. If you have no idea what you want (other than great pictures!), I will take the lead and guide the session along.
What to expect
A typical photo session lasts 1 to 2 hours depending on the location and the number of people being photographed. About a week after your session, your professionally edited images will be available for viewing in a password-protected gallery.
What to wear
Wear clothes that are comfortable, fit well, and make you feel good. Families shouldn’t be too matchy matchy, but they should coordinate somewhat. Bright colors and fun accessories are always good choices. Think about the location when you’re choosing your wardrobe. You don’t want to clash with your surroundings, or blend into them so much that you get lost. If you have any questions or need help with this, feel free to ask me.
